Palram 4U warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment. LED components are covered by an extended 3-year warranty.
During the applicable warranty period, Palram 4U will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts free of charge.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal and intended use of the product.
If a defect covered by this warranty is identified during the applicable warranty period, Palram 4U may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace defective parts, or provide another appropriate remedy.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the product’s instructions.
It also does not cover damage caused by external factors beyond Palram 4U’s reasonable control.
Palram 4U ensures the ongoing availability of spare parts, supporting quick and efficient maintenance throughout the product’s lifecycle.
To make a warranty claim, please contact support@palram4u.com and provide details of the defect, photographs or other relevant information, and any additional information reasonably requested to assess the claim. We are committed to responding to all warranty inquiries within one business day.
Where applicable, the product or defective part may need to be returned for inspection.
Where a warranty claim is accepted, Palram 4U may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the defective part with the same or a comparable part, or provide another suitable remedy.
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing and is not transferable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty constitutes the warranty provided by Palram 4U and excludes any other express or implied warranties, except where such exclusion is not legally permitted.
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
