What is the difference between BACKBAR and FlexRack systems?
  • BACKBAR = Maximum capacity + adjustable shelf heights + adjustable pusher width + 6 individually illuminated shelves + 2 storage drawers.   
  • FlexRack = Maximum flexibility – build as high and as wide as you need + pull-out shelves + adjustable pusher width + all shelves are individually illuminated.

Are the displays illuminated?
  • FlexRack: Fully illuminated – each shelf is individually illuminated. 
  • BACKBAR:  Upper 6 shelves are individually illuminated with 3 of them also having illuminated price-strip.

What warranty do you provide?

Palram 4U warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 18  months from the date of shipment. LED components are covered by an extended 3-year warranty.

During the applicable warranty period, Palram 4U will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts free of charge.

We also ensure the ongoing availability of spare parts, supporting quick and efficient maintenance throughout the product’s lifecycle.

All our systems are designed for long-term use, with a lifespan of 15+ years. They are engineered for easy maintenance, allowing parts to be replaced on the spot without the need for special tools or training.
